Inter Cookies Policy
At Inter Group (“Inter”) we use cookies and other identification technologies in our websites and application to allow you to have a more efficient, pleasant, and customized navigation.

With this information, we can maintain, operate, and continuously improve our services. Legal basis: consent (Art. 7, I of LGPD).
- Functionality Cookies: these cookies allow Inter's website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third parties (partners and/or service providers), and are used to provide basic services requested by the user, enabling the site or application to remember preferences such as username, region, or language. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX of LGPD).
- Advertising Cookies: these cookies, also known as "marketing cookies" or "social media cookies," may be established by us or by our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and present relevant ads on other websites. Advertising Cookies do not directly store personal information but are based on unique identification of your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will have less targeted and personalized advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 7, I of LGPD).

In some cases, data collected by cookies may be shared with third parties for operational and marketing purposes. This sharing is done with partners contractually obligated to ensure personal data protection, confidentiality, and information security.
4. Retention Period for Data Collected by Cookies
Inter may retain data collected by cookies for different periods, depending on the category of cookies used.
- Session or temporary cookies: these cookies are designed to collect and store information while the user accesses Inter's website, and information will be automatically removed when the user closes their browser.
- Persistent cookies: data collected through these cookies is stored and can be accessed and processed by the entity responsible for their management for a defined period. This information may be stored on your device until it expires or you manually remove it. If you do not manually remove them, at Inter persistent cookies are stored for up to 400 days, according to the purpose of personalization and continuous service improvement.
5. How to Manage Cookies?
You have the right to choose whether to accept or refuse cookies. However, they are an important part of our services' functionality. Therefore, please know that refusing or deleting cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the services and products we offer you.
To customize your preferences for analytical, functional, and advertising cookies, we provide a cookie management tool in the footer of our pages. This Cookie Policy is complementary to the Inter Group Privacy Policy. In this regard, Users should read and become familiar with it for additional information and rules about the processing of their data. Your information will be processed in accordance with this Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the General Data Protection Law.
The terms of this Policy may be modified at any time due to legislative changes, technology tool updates, or at our sole discretion, for example, due to new service offerings. Therefore, we recommend our clients always check the current Cookie Policy.
Any clause or condition of this Policy that, for any reason, is deemed null or ineffective by any court or tribunal, will not affect the validity of other provisions of this Policy, which will remain fully valid and binding, generating effects to their maximum extent.
This Policy is governed exclusively by the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, as well as any actions arising from violation of these Terms.

7. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution
Any and all controversies arising from the terms set forth in this Policy will be resolved according to Brazilian law, with the courts of Belo Horizonte - MG being competent, excluding any other however privileged it may be.
The use of services and/or orders executed outside Brazilian territory, as applicable, or those resulting from operations initiated abroad may also be subject to legislation and jurisdiction of authorities in the countries where they are executed or initiated.
